No. We are private pay. At the feedback conference, we can provide you with a “Superbill” which you can use to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Most information collected during the assessment process will be included in an evaluation report for caregivers to share with their child’s school, pediatrician, therapists, etc. Parents decide who views their child’s evaluation report. Dr. Robinson will share the report with other providers if given written permission. If there is sensitive information, please let Dr. Robinson know and we can discuss where or not to include that. Dr. Robinson is a mandated reporter of child abuse or neglect so this type of information cannot be held in confidence. Additionally, Dr. Robinson will report any information that indicates one may harm oneself or others for safety of her clients and others.
Dr. Robinson specializes in psychological assessments of children and adolescents. She primarily works with children ages 2-18.
All testing sessions are done in person. The parent intake/ interview may be done virtually. The feedback conference is best in person but can be completed virtually if needed.
